About Us
The First Baptist Foundation is made up of every member of First Baptist Church of Brandon. It is led by a Board of Directors who meet monthly. The Board of Directors are elected annually by the church membership. The Foundation is an independent, separate entity that exist to support and expand the ministries of First Baptist Church of Brandon.

First Baptist Brandon Foundation History
The Beginning
The Foundation was established in 1993 by faithful members of First Baptist Brandon to enhance the ministries of the church.
The Articles of Incorporation were signed October 5, 1993
The Ongoing Legacy
In recent years, the FBC Foundation has expanded its support for First Baptist Brandon ministries and community programs. In May 2023, the Foundation donated the MAC scoreboard, marking a significant facility enhancement. It has continued to invest in emerging leaders by funding Pastoral Fellows and Summer Interns for 2023, 2024, and 2025, along with providing pastoral scholarships.
The Foundation has also supported valuable past programs, including Caring for Aging Parents in Fall 2023 and Financial Peace University in Winter 2023 and Winter 2025, strengthening both congregational care and financial well-being.
